We offer a fully functional Free Account with defined limits on users and storage. For increased capacity, paid subscriptions are available and are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your paid subscription at any time, and your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
You retain full ownership of all the data and content you upload to QYS.us. We claim no intellectual property rights over your material. The QYS.us software, branding, and platform itself are the property of Cseam Technology Corporation.
The Service is provided "as is". In no event shall Cseam Technology Corporation be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of QYS.us after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
